Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies

Plantozone believe in offering value in exchange for value. These are our cancellation, return and refund policies with regards to our various services.

RETURN/REFUND POLICIES:

  1. No returns will be offered on product that have been delivered without any damage.
  2. Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs.
  3. If the product is wrongfully delivered (different product code instead of the product code mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending full r or re-place your ordered product.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 
  2. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
  3. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
  4. If an order is to be canceled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.
  5. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 
  6. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
