02Do you deliver across India?+
We currently deliver to selected serviceable pincodes. Checkout validates your pincode before payment, and our team can help with bulk gifting to additional locations.
03How are plants protected during delivery?+
Plants are health-checked, secured inside protective packaging and accompanied by a simple care card. We avoid unnecessary packaging wherever plant safety allows.
04Can I add a personal message?+
Yes. Add a note during checkout and we will include it with your living gift.
05Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?+
Yes. We curate plants, planter sizes, custom messages and branding for team, client and occasion gifting.
06What if my plant arrives damaged?+
Photograph the plant and packaging on delivery and contact us within 24 hours. Our team will review it promptly and make things right.
